Will my health insurance cover therapy?

I am credentialed with each of the insurance companies listed below. I have an agreement with them where they will cover the services they approve of. The best way to know for sure if your insurance will cover your treatment is to call the number on the back of your insurance card.

How do I start services?

Please call, text or email to discuss a time to set up a chat to determine if we are a good fit. From there, we will schedule an intake to start services.

How long will the intake process take?

After we agree to start services, we will schedule an intake/Diagnostic Assessment to review health history and background information. We will then create a treatment plan with a focus on your goals and gather any remaining information that is needed. If the client is a minor, a parent/guardian will be required to attend the first session. Sessions will be scheduled at a frequency determined by provider.

What is the cancellation policy?

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be expected to pay the cancellation fee of $100. No shows are also expected to pay the cancellation fee. Note: Insurance providers will not cover cancellation fees, this fee is up to the client to pay.
